*Expedited orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the following day with priority.
International deliveries are handled exclusively by DHL.
PLEASE NOTE: Delivery times are guidelines only and do not account for potential delays due to freight companies, payment authorizations, or public holidays. Sunflower cannot be held liable for any delivery delays.
We authorize our courier service to leave parcels at the provided address. We recommend giving an address where someone will be available during business hours. If you provide a business address, please include the business name. If no one is present at the time of delivery, the parcel will be left at the address.
Once dispatched, we are unable to amend the delivery location or redirect your order.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. We can only accept returns for unworn items, returned with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the items; however, it may take 5-7 days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.EXCHANGES: We do not accept exchanges. To switch items, please return the products following the process above and place a new order.

Returns are for 20 Aed in Dubai. All returns shall be within 14 days of receiving your order.
