Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. We can only accept returns for unworn items, returned with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the items; however, it may take 5-7 days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times. International returns are subject to a 30 AED charge.
We do not accept exchanges. To switch items, please return the products following the process above and place a new order.
